Order and Payment Policies
- We accept both prepaid and cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
- For all prepaid orders, the buyer has to pay the complete amount in advance through our website or in our bank account.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, the buyer has to pay Rs. 49 in advance to start the order. This payment can be made on our website or in our account or through UPI. The buyer can pay the remaining amount in cash or through UPI while receiving the delivery.
- In case of COD orders, we will not process the order until we receive an advance payment of Rs 49.
- We ship most of the products in 1-2 days after receiving and confirming an order. In case the products can’t be shipped in 1-2 days (because of non-availability of products or any other reason), we update the customer with all the information. If they are okay with the delay, we will ship the products accordingly.
Refund and Replacement Policies
- We don’t offer returns and refunds. We only offer replacements. You can request for a replacement within 3 days of delivery of your order. We will not accept any replacement request after 3 days of delivery.
- Replacements will be done within 5 to 6 business days from the date you request a replacement.
- Pickup for replacement from your address will be chargeable. The charges will depend on the weight of the parcel.
- We will also charge you to ship the replacement parcel. The charges will depend on the weight of the parcel.
